I'm thrilled to unveil koderAI, a startup I founded this Summer that's on a mission to empower everyone on Earth with coding superpowers through artificial intelligence.
We've built koderAI from the ground up as a multi-agent coding platform for non-technical people and professional coders alike. koderAI's patent-pending artificial intelligence technology brings a team of coding agents that work together in different areas of the software development process.
koderAI goes beyond code: it plans, designs wireframes, generates code, databases, test scripts and deploys apps to the cloud or app store with one click using a proprietary mixture of experts (MoE) model.
koderAI's agents empower everyone—not just coders—to build apps, websites, and other technologies using simple natural language.
There are approximately 30 million coders, and over 8 billion people on Earth, many of which are creative individuals with great ideas that simply lack the technical skills, or the ability use an IDE code editor.
Today's AI tools excel at generating code, making them invaluable for highly technical people. However, for those without deep technical expertise, the generated code is useless—it’s like being handed a LEGO® set with missing pieces and no instructions. Without the tools to bridge these gaps, building a functional app becomes an overwhelming challenge.
We're here to change that, and we're on a mission to empower billions of people by making coding and AI accessible to everyone.
People expect AI to do magical things for them, and in the case of software, that means creating apps and websites that are functional, not to just generate code.
Our goal is to make koderAI so simple that to create a new app or website, you won't need to know how to write code or even know how to use an IDE. Simply describe your vision in plain English, and a team of AI agents will work together to achieve the goal. It will plan it out, design the look and feel, write the code, create a logo, and publish it to the cloud or an app store.
The experience needs to feel magical. 🧙
In recent months, the AI coding market has been infested with a plethora of VS Code forks, and forks of forks, disguised as innovative new products.
While tools like VS Code and Cursor are valuable IDEs for professional coders, we believe the market doesn't need a dozen clones. That's why we're taking a different approach.

After all, coders typically stick to a single IDE anyway, and true innovation thrives on exploring uncharted territory, not following the crowd.
At koderAI, we're taking a bold, ground-up approach to create something that's accessible to everyone—from entrepreneurs with big ideas to friends and family who've always wished they could bring their creative visions to life. Whether it's for fun, business, or anything in between, we're reimagining the future of software development, experimenting with new user experiences and workflows that can bring the magic of artificial intelligence to everyone, not just those that know how to use an IDE code editor.
Ever wish you can have your own Baby Elon on your team, coding for you and building cool sh*!? Or perhaps a mini version of Nelson "Big Head" Bighetti from the HBO series Silicon Valley? Consider it done.
koderAI comes equipped with a range of built-in agents, each trained for specific roles in software development—UI designers, backend coders, testers, and more. These agents are ready to use out of the box, but you can also create custom agents tailored to your coding style or personality.
Thanks to koderAI's multi-model architecture, you can even swap out the default large language model (LLM) for one that better suits your agent's role. Not satisfied with koderAI's built-in LLM? No problem—swap it out for Gemini 2.0 Flash or pair xAI's Grok with your Baby Elon agent. The choice is yours.
We’re shipping a technical preview of some of koderAI’s capabilities at koder.com. Sign up today for early access.
In the coming weeks, we'll be unlocking new capabilities in koderAI and steadily scaling them to deliver more coding superpowers to everyone. During the technical preview, access will be limited, but we’ll onboard users gradually as we progress toward general availability.
